Oil pumping rod
The diameter of the rod body is:
1. 12.7(1/2in), 15.9mm(5/8in)*19.1mm(3/4in); 22.2 mm (7/8 in); 25.4 mm (1 in); 28.6 mm (11/8in). The length of the rod is generally 8000mm or 7620mm. In order to adjust the length of the rod string, there are short rod lengths of 410,610,910,1220,1830,2440,3050,3660 mm.
2. APISPEC 11B "Sucker Rod" and SY/T 5029-2005 divide ordinary sucker rod into c, D and KGrade three levels. Class C rod is used for light and medium duty Wells, Class D rod is used for medium and heavy duty Wells, and Class K rod is used for light and medium duty and corrosive Wells.
Grade C, D and K rods are respectively made of carbon steel or manganese steel, carbon steel or alloy steel, nickel-molybdenum alloy steel,
generally through upsetting, integral heat treatment, external thread rolling processing, shot peening, oil soluble paint protection and other processes, so that it can obtain a certain anti-fatigue or anti-corrosion fatigue properties.
