3½"x1" sleeve centralizers for use in a 3½" tubing string with a wall thickness of 6.05 mm, rod diameter 1", consist of three components:
1. Spindle: AISI 4140 alloyed tool steel followed by induction hardening or equivalent.
2. Sleeve: polymer polyamide with a working temperature of at least 120°C.
3. Rod coupling 1" class T (type of heat treatment - normalization), with a full size coupling according to API-11B.
