1.Brief description
1.Sucker rods centralizers are made up of three components:
•Spindle
• Sleeve
• Rod Couplings
2.The sucker rod centralizer is a supporting tool designed to decrease the pumping energy loss, increase the pumping efficiency, prevent the eccentric wear of sucker rod and protect the tubing.
3.Centralizers for sucker rods are used for centering sucker rods in wells.
4.The sleeve made of nanomaterial is provided with advantages such as self-lubrication, wearability, low hardness, high strength, flexible actuation etc.
5.When the centralizer is used, connect it to the fray of sucker rod, with which the sucker rod is replaced to connect the rod string. Hydraulic Power Tongs is a medium sized, open mouth tongs, which is currently used in the workover to assemble and disassemble the 73(2 7/8′′),89(3 1/2′′),114(4 1/2′′)mm oil pipes. This tongs adopts the advanced steering brake mechanism and oil pipe clamping mechanism, it is of the simple structure, reliable function, long life service, good performance, low noise etc features, it is a ideal equipment in the workover operation.
