1. Scope of application: well control operation in oil field, hydraulic control of drilling blowout preventer and hydraulic transmission of high-temperature flammable site in metal smelting industry. 2. Main performance of hose This product has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, fire resistance, heat insulation, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, etc. The use of this kind of hose in well control system of oil drilling is superior to ordinary hard pipeline, which is safe, reliable, convenient to install and disassemble, time-saving and labor-saving, corrosion-resistant, maintenance-free and long in service life. 1. fire resistance: at 750ºC, the working pressure can be guaranteed for 5 minutes. 2. Oil resistance: No deterioration or shedding after being soaked in hydraulic oil at 40ºC to 100ºC for 24 hours. 3. Acid and alkali resistance: soaking in 4%HCL and 4%NaOH solution for 24 hours has no obvious change; 4. Pressure resistance: under the pressure of 52.5MPa, the voltage is stabilized for 5 minutes without leakage. 5. Thermal insulation: The pipe body is placed in an environment of 300ºC to 50ºC, with clear water in the pipe body for 20 minutes, and the temperature ratio between inside and outside the pipe body is 1: 40.
