Product Description
Mud pump set were the mud circulation equipment used in oil&gas exploration and drilling operation, which have the advantage of compact structure, multiple functions,reliable uses, easy for maintenance. It consists of three main parts:power source, transmission unit and mud pumps. It is an important and necessary part in the oil drilling equipment, just like the heart of the drilling rig and supply mud flowing for drilling operations.
Function of BW-160/10 grouting pump:
The BW-160/10 grouting pump is a horizontal three cylinder reciprocating single acting piston pump. Adopting advanced structures and new materials of similar pump bodies at home and abroad, it has the advantages of stable performance, long service life of vulnerable parts, small size, light weight, and easy disassembly and handling. Widely used in industries such as railway, water conservancy, metallurgy, construction, geology, etc., for geological exploration, engineering exploration, cement grouting, and other operations with a hole depth of less than 1000m.
The flushing fluid used in this pump should not contain chemical impurities that corrode metal and rubber parts, and the temperature should not exceed 50 ºC. When using mud, the recommended specific gravity is 1.03-1.12, viscosity is 18-25S, sand content is not more than 4%, sand particle diameter is not more than 3mm, pH value is 7-8, and there should be no mud lumps, weeds, leaves, etc. in the mud.
Structure and working principle of BW-160/10 grouting pump:
The BW-160/10 grouting pump consists of pump head, pump body, clutch, protective cover, belt and power drive, frame, air chamber and pressure gauge device, water filter and other components (see Appendix Figure 1). The power generated by the electric motor is transmitted to the pump body through a belt and clutch, and then converted into linear reciprocating motion of the piston through the rotational motion of the crankshaft connecting rod, thereby controlling the opening and closing of the steel ball inside the pump head for suction and discharge of slurry.
