Product Description

 

Anti-turn anchor is a device designed to fix the suspension of tubing and the stator of a screw pump in the production string of a production well during the operation of the pumping unit.
Principle of operation: The anchor is lowered into the well together with the stator of the screw pump and installed in the working position by turning the tubing suspension on !4 turns to the right (clockwise). The anti-turn anchor eliminates the lapel of the tubing string and pump during the operation of the unit.

Anti-turn anchor 6 5/8 "2 7/8"EUE for the production column d. 168mm, which has an anti-corrosion  coating on the outer surface and inner cavity and additional 3 grooves (holes) on the body. Upper connection (stator side) 2 7/8" EUE BOX (73mm drop-off coupling), lower connection (bottom face side) 2 7/8" EUE PIN (73mm drop-off nipple):

Threaded connection: upper connection (stator side) 2 7/8" EUE BOX (73mm dropout coupling), lower connection (bottom face side) 2 7/8" EUE PIN (73mm dropout nipple).
Construction: upper guide brake shoes in quantity-3 pcs., lower three retaining dies in quantity-3 pcs.
Material of manufacture: body-alloy tool steel 1018 with subsequent  (anti-corrosion) coating, guide brake shoes and retaining wedge dies-steel 1018 with a cemented surface layer 1.016 mm thick. spring-heat-resistant alloy Inconel X750.
Dimensions: outer diameter of the case-4.45" (113mm), inner diameter of the case - 2.5" (63.5 mm), total length - no more than 26" (660mm).
The minimum outer diameter of the tool when the dies are closed is 141 mm, and the maximum outer diameter of the tool when the dies are open is 160 mm.
Connection type and size: 2 7/8" EUE (73mm high), upper inner, lower outer.
