Three-piece mud mortar set
The Clay mortar Laboratory (LGR-3 Laboratory) aims to determine the parameters of the quality of on-site drilling mud.
Laboratory equipment allows the following parameters of the solution to be monitored:
-Drilling mud density 0.8 to 2.6g/cm3
-Conditional viscosity, c-(from 15 to 100)
Filtration rate under pressure of -0.098MPa (1kg/cm2)
-Sand content (in a sample of 50 ml solution), ml-(from 0.5 to 10)
-Stability of drilling mud
-5 ml per day. - 100
-The temperature of the solution (from 0 to 100)°C
-Chemical activity (hydrogen index), pH-(from 0 to 12)
