Gas Production Tree
Gas production tree is a device used to produce petroleum with flowing well and machine well. It is the main equipment used to control and adjust oil production on the top of gas well. It comprises of casing head, tubing head and gas production tree body.
MainFunctions:
1. Connect all casings in the well, seal the annular space between all casings and support a part of weight of casings.
2. Hang tubing and downhole tools, support the weight of tubing and seal the annular space between tubing and casing.
3. Control and adjust oil production.
4. Assure the safety of downhole production. It is convenient for control operation, lift down operation and testing and paraffin cleaning.

6. Gas shall be tested after gas completion. It is a wellhead control device in production with flowing well and machine well.
It comprises of tubing hangers, valves, tee or cross, which is mounted on casing head.
Oil production tree is only mounted on one side, which is called single wing X-mass tree; Dual wing gas production tree refers to the device equipped with tubing on both sides. Gas production tree is equipped with nozzle (choked flow nozzle). And gas production volume is controlled through changing different nozzles.
