Closed water test airbag(Pipeline blocking airbag.) s a kind of portable rubber airbag product developed by our factory to block pipelines. The product is simple to operate, fast to block, and resistant to aging.It is an indispensable product for closed-water experiments of sewage pipes, building drainage pipes, and emergency repairs.

Characteristics

(1) The closed water test airbag has uniform thickness and strong airtightness. The joints are passed through the top of the hot-press vulcanizing machine by means of lap joints to make the joints stronger and ensure the number of uses.

(2) The closed-water test airbag can be inflated with an inflator for small airbags, and for large water-sealing airbags made to order, the interface must be connected to an air pump to inflate.

(3) The closed-water test airbag can be reused many times, and should be stored in a ventilated and cool place.

 

Advantages

Good air tightness, strong elasticity, high wear resistance, high acid resistance, aging resistance, cheaper price, better quality, more complete functions, more intuitive detection, etc.

 

Usage

It can be used for cast iron, glass fiber reinforced plastic or plastic pipes, threads Pipes and other pipes in the pipeline. Pipeline water blocking airbags are easy to operate, intuitive to check, and can be checked in time during the construction process and eliminate quality hazards

 

Use Method 

1. Preparation: Check the leak of tools for the connection of leaking airbags and accessories in municipal sewage pipelines. Use an inflator (air pump) to inflate the airbag, and the air pressure shall not exceed 0.15MAP. Check whether the airbag is leaking.

 

2. Open the port of the pipe, slowly place the air bag inside the desired position from this port, and then inflate the air bag to the pipe to block the leak, and inflate it to an appropriate pressure (usually 0.015MP). Note that the airbag should be avoided to be placed at the joint of the riser pipe fittings, for the following reasons:

 

(1) There are joints on the inner wall of this place, which affects the tightness of water blocking.

 

(2) In order to prevent the air bag from inflating to one side and the air pressure can not be hit, if the inflation continues, the pipeline plugging air bag will be broken.

 

(3) For municipal drainage pipes, sand is required to be cleaned, the inner wall is flat, and no burrs are allowed, otherwise it will affect the water blocking and sealing performance, and even puncture the capsule.

 

(4) Airbags of various specifications are used in corresponding pipelines, and small ones cannot replace large ones.

 

3. In order to prevent the airbag from separating from the hose, iron wire should be used to tie the airbag and hose interface tightly or in other ways.

 

4. When the air pump is used to inflate the pipeline to stop leaking the airbag, the air volume of the air pump should be turned down a little, and a large amount of inflation cannot be continued to prevent the airbag from bursting and causing an accident.

 

5. In the process of carrying the airbag, do not drag the airbag to prevent damage to the outer wall of the airbag.

 

6. In engineering operations, always pay attention to the pressure value of the pipeline plugging airbag. If the airbag pressure value drops very slowly, it is not necessary to stop the operation, continue to use the air pump to inflate the airbag to the standard pressure, and wait for the completion of the operation. Then check the airbag or the parts for leaks.
