Brief Introduction
VSI series vertical shaft impact crusher is the new generation of sand making machine.
PCL Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher is a pioneer crusher researched and developed by our company. It has two models:" Stone Beat Stone" and " Stone Beat Iron". The " Stone Beat Stone" can be used in processing hard materials and the sand productivity is over 40%; the " Stone Beat Iron" can be used in processing the materials with medium and high degree of hardness and the sand productivity is over 60%. These two types of chamber can be transformed mutually in order to satisfy the needs of processing and crushing different materials.
The machine can be widely used in the field of metal and the nonmetallic ore, highway, hydraulic engineering and hydraulic power project, refractory material, grinding material, raw material for glass ceramics, aggregate used in city construction, manufactured sand making as well as rough grinding and fine crushing various metallurgic residues. It is superior to other types of crushers especially for the materials with medium and high degree of hardness as well as hard abrasive materials such as all like silicon carbide, carborundum and so on.

Working principle
The material falls vertically from the upper part of the machine into the impeller of high-speed rotation. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, the material that is shunted around the impeller in another part of the machine produces high-speed impact and pulverization. After the materials collide with each other, they will be in the impeller and Between the casings, the vortex is formed by multiple collisions, friction and pulverization, and is discharged straight from the lower part to form a closed circuit for multiple cycles, and the required size of the finished product is controlled by the screening device.
