Products Design Features
Digital three-phase separation device is specially developed to solve the high efficient separation of mixed crude oil and waste of resources. The principle is using the new three-phase separator for effective separation of crude oil, water, and associated gas mixture, and monitoring to the of oil and water after separation, direct output meets the requirements, such as do not conform to the requirements, to return to three-phase separator for secondary requirements until the separation is up to lose.

Characteristic:
1. Test separator skid, in addition to the high-efficiency separation function of oil, gas and water, is equipped with base type pneumatic pressure, liquid level controller and pneumatic membrane regulating valve to realize full-automatic control of test separator pressure, oil level and oil-water interface.
2. Adopt orifice metering device and three recorders to measure the flow of natural gas. The standard orifice plates with different apertures can be replaced under the condition of no production stop according to the actual flow on site, which has the function of adapting to the testing requirements of different oil and gas wells.
3. In order to solve the problem of uncertainty of crude oil production change during the test process, double circuit regulation and parallel metering are adopted in metering and control, namely, two pneumatic diaphragm regulating valves and two scraper or turbine flow meters are used for oil level control to achieve accurate control and metering.
4. The instrument air source for the pneumatic instrument is from the natural gas separated from the separator, which is dried and filtered for the use of the pneumatic instrument. At the same time, it is also equipped with external purified compressed air interface, which improves the field adaptability of the test separator.
5. The test separator is equipped with double safety valve and bursting disc system, which effectively ensures safe operation.
